You already know we love a sponge cloth-- they're one of our favorite sustainable products in existence, not just because they can do it all (clean dishes, counters, sponge up messes, or polish mirrors or silverware, to name a few of their talents) but because they have an end of life that's incredibly kind on the planet. You can compost them in your home compost-- no heavy lifting or Googling of municipal compost facilities required.
These ones come in abstract illustrations from our favorite folks over at Supra Endura, and are made with cotton fiber and cellulose. Each pack includes three sponge cloths, each about 7"x7", which can replace about 60 rolls of paper towels total. Pop 'em in the dishwasher or laundry (but don't dry!) when they need a good clean. After 12 months, they are ready to hit the compost bin.
