Getting Better Super Sustainable

  • Product Description

We're just regular folks over here who found sourcing a truly sustainable coffee to be endlessly challenging. Our friends at Partners made that a little bit easier-- they're focused on building a sustainable supply chain that allows them to source specialty-grade coffee while purchasing it at a non-commodity price that helps growing partners and farmers to invest in their local communities. Their beans are small batch roasted to order in Brooklyn, which means no wasting energy or resources, and they recycle their own empty bags.

That's a lot of fancy coffee talk, but what you need to know is this: El Ramo is one of the coffees the team at Partners is most excited about producing. (El Ramo means "the bouquet" in Spanish.) El Ramo is made of seasonally rotated lots from some really awesome Columbian growers, which makes for a delightfully sweet, balanced and approachable blend that's highly drinkable year around.

  • End of Life
    • · As with all sustainable products, it's challenging to have zero impact from tip to toe-- while Partners is sustainably sourced and roasted to order, it does come in plastic bag specially crafted to be airtight. Partners retail location in Brooklyn will take these bags, or you can send them to Terracycle. While we can't cover return shipping costs, you're welcome to send these our way for recycling when you're done with them.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    • · Since each bag is roasted to order (as fresh as it gets!), please allow 2-4 days for your order to get roasted before it ships to you. All coffee ships straight from Partners roastery and coffee shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
