      We love anything that takes the edge off when it comes to cramps and period-related discomfort, and the Menstrual Magic Tincture is no exception. This balanced formula supports an easier flow, a healthy cycle, balanced hormones, not to mention that it can ease muscle spasms and soothe PMS related anxiety. We recommend taking about 35 drops (so about 1.75ml) 2-3 times a day.

      Menstrual Magic comes in a 2oz bottle, and ships about 2-3 business days after you order it.

    • · Menstrual Magic is sent in a cardboard box or eco flat mailer that can be recycled.
    • · Your tincture comes in a glass jar with a glass dropper and plastic top. All but the plastic top can be recycled, though we like reusing the entire jar, dropper and top. (One idea-- mixing a little lavender essential oil with water and drizzling the concoction on dryer balls or freshly laundered linen for a relaxing scent.)
