      Like everyone else during the pandemic, we've been on a pretty big baking kick... and subsequently, some pretty real baking and cooking fatigue has set in. Enter 'Okina-- the  baking brand of our dreams sourced regeneratively grown flour and ingredients for their baking mixes, so we don't have to!

      Each bag yields one loaf or 11-12 muffins. To bake, you simply add bananas, applesauce, and some plant or dairy based milk of your choice. 

  • End of Life
    • · Each bundle of baking mixes ships wrapped in tissue in a USPS cubic foot box, all of which is recyclable.
    • · When you're done baking your 'Okina goodies, place the number 2 bag the baking mix is packaged in into the recycling. These are #2 plastic for now, but 'Okina's team is working on upgrading to a compostable one.

    • · ‘Okina’s flour blend is freshly milled, featuring Nash’s Organic Produce oats, Yemetz Family Farms’ almonds and Kandarian Organic Farms’ buckwheat, teff and flaxseeds. Their fair-trade chocolate chips come from Santa Barbara Chocolate, and their maple sugar comes from Patterson Sugar Bush.
