Part of our limited edition Nowruz + Spring Equinox Collection, these stickers are the manifestation of everything we love: tradition + intersectionality, sustainability + circularity, and mostly importantly... whimsy.
We designed these stickers with the celebration of Spring, and Nowruz (which you might also know as Persian New Year) in mind. Each sticker gives a different nod to a part of Nowruz tradition that we love.
Need a translation? The purple word in the top left corner says "Goldune"! The flower bud is a nod to us too-- "Goldune" means flower vessel in Farsi. The gold coins are part of the customary haft-sin spread that folks often set up to celebrate Nowruz-- and so is the green book of poetry (Hafez, to be specific). The planetary sticker is in reference to the equinox itself, while "1400" is the year ahead that we're celebrating the start of on the Spring Equinox. The hyacinth, or sonbol, is another Nowruz custom, and we think the "Reuse, Resist, Recycle" explains itself!
These stickers are a nod to a holiday we hold near and dear, but don't sweat it if you don't celebrate-- we hope these stickers and the rest of the collection still call your name, and we welcome you to get in on the fun whether you're new to Nowruz or not.
This product is limited edition, which means there will be only one production run, and when we're sold out, we're sold out! We cannot accept returns and exchanges on this product. Your sticker sheet ships from California 1-4 days after you place your order, and we'll make our best effort to ship this to you by the Spring Equinox on March 20th. Shipping carriers have become increasingly unpredictable in the pandemic, so while we'll do our best, you're better off ordering sooner rather than later, and we are unfortunately no longer in control of delivery dates once an item ships.
